To be a genius is not an easy role to live with. Not that I am a genius, intelligent sure ,but genius? I don't really want the responsibility, you see to be a genius you have to live with being superior to all your family, friends, and colleagues, just imagine how onerous this would be.
As an intelligent being I am used to always being right, I know a lot of things, people ask me things and never question my answer. Why would they? I know more than they do otherwise they would not be asking me the question. They know I know more than they do, so have no reason to doubt my responses.
However, if I was a genius, I would have to know more than just the answers, I would, in fact, have to know why! Now I know a great deal but I don't always know why. So I am quite content to be highly intelligent, but genius, no I will leave that to the people who know why.
